Workdeed Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, which is why we offer a refund policy for our products.

Since services are non-tangible and irrevocable in nature, we do not issue refunds once the order is placed and service is provided. We advise you to make the purchase decision after getting fully sure about the service. However, there are some exceptional circumstances regarding services. Below is the list of reasons where we honor requests for the refund:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

 Non-delivery of the service: There are chances that process speed is slow in your case. We suggest you talk to our customer support. You can submit a non-delivery claim within 7 days from the order placing date.

Product not-as-described: You will only get a refund if you report within 2 days from the purchase date. You also need to provide clear evidence to back your claim.
